The opportunity They are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our growing team. This is a client-facing role where you will manage a diverse portfolio and provide high-level tax and business advisory services. You will also mentor junior staff and have input into process improvements as we scale. role responsibilities: Preparation and review of tax returns, BAS/IAS, and financial statements for companies, trusts, partnerships, SMSFs and individuals. Provide tailored tax advice, including CGT, FBT, Div 7A Manage a portfolio of clients, building strong and ongoing relationships. Mentor and review the work of junior accountants. Assist with strategic advisory, structuring, and business planning projects. Contribute to the firm’s continued growth and client service excellence. Ideally you’ll have, You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an Australian professional practice at a senior level You have an accounting degree from an Australian tertiary institution CPA or CA qualified (or working toward) You have a strong knowledge of taxation law, financial reporting standards and client compliance management You have experience using Handi Soft, MYOB & XERO (highly desirable) Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills. Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities. A team player who enjoys mentoring and contributing to a positive culture. You are detail-oriented Why join?
